Laurence M. Cafritz, CR served as President of the Custom Builders Council from 2008-2021, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA). He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI – National Capital Chapter).

He has also earned his Certified Remodeler (CR) designation from NARI’s Certification Board by fulfilling the requisites concerning ethical standards of business practice and competency in the performance of remodeling projects.
